I had high hopes for my stay at Senses Quinta Avenida, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to the expectations. The location was unbeatable and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, the service was a significant letdown, with rude staff and inconsistent policies that made my experience frustrating. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel given my experience.
